Our clients have access to a crisis
management expert who can quickly resolve conflicts or safe guard against potential problems with on-site evaluations. Also, clients have access to our call-in crisis center for consultations.

We recognize that the types of crises that arise within a household or interpersonal relationship vary greatly in type and severity. We therefore offer both on-site and call-in assessments to ensure conflict resolution.

On-site Assessments

  Conference with client to evaluate problem
    or incident

  Conference with those involved:
    Managers
  Employees
  Vendors
  Sub-contractors

  Review of documentation if applicable
  Review of video, if applicable
  Conference with security company, if applicable
  Conference with the client to review options
  Action taken
  Oversee action plan
  Resolution
  Conference with client for resolution results
  Follow up
  Written brief to client

Call-in Assessments

  Telephone conference with client to evaluate problem or     incident
  Telephone conference with those involved:
    Managers
  Employees
  Vendors
  Sub-contractors

  Review of documentation via email or fax
  Conference with client to review options & action plan
  Action taken by client or action plan to be taken by others
