Harassment/Discrimination Telephone Investigation
Should an allegation of workplace harassment or discrimination be brought to an employer’s attention it is the legal responsibility of the employer to investigate the claim. Via telephone consultations, TLHRM will guide the client or client’s advisor through the investigation process and advise on actions to take based on the outcome.

Harassment/Discrimination Onsite Investigation
Employers often prefer to have an objective third party conduct the harassment or discrimination investigation. A TLHRM HR professional will travel to the client’s home to perform the investigation which includes recording and documenting interviews with all involved employees and witnesses.
